You can easily create a return label yourself for free by registering your return through one of our return portals in just a few steps.
Registering your return also allows you to track your return through the return portal, and you'll be informed when your return arrives at our warehouse for processing.
For all online orders: you have 100 days from the date you receive your order to return any items.
If you don't have an account:
If you no longer have the return slip and need a new return label, you can easily create a return label yourself by registering your return on the Return Portal.
If you have an account:
- Log into ‘My Account’
- Go to the “Orders” page, and click on the order with the items you want to return
- Click on “Return Items”, and you can start registering your return online by following the instructions in the return portal
